In order to accurately monitor the fuel consumption of hybrid diesel engine, a new key technology for monitoring abnormal fuel consumption of hybrid diesel engine was proposed. According to the structure of the hybrid diesel engine, the data sampling interval is set to collect information and synthesize the driving conditions of the hybrid diesel engine under different working conditions. The equivalent relationship between fuel consumption and electric energy of hybrid diesel engine is established, the equivalent fuel consumption rate of hybrid diesel engine is calculated, and the distribution power of diesel engine and motor is determined according to the abnormal fuel consumption value, and the instantaneous fuel consumption of hybrid diesel engine is obtained. On this basis, the output power sequence of APU and battery is analyzed, and the abnormal fuel consumption of hybrid diesel engine is monitored. The experimental results show that compared with the traditional fuel consumption monitoring technology, this technology can accurately detect the abnormal fuel consumption of hybrid diesel engine, and the energy recovery rate is high.
