Papers relating directly or indirectly to all aspect of these fields are also welcome to submit. JASE is intended to provide a forum for the expression of new ideas, as well as a place for exposition of these areas of knowledge that can further understanding of science and Engineering issues and concerns.

Chi-Wang Li is a Professor of the Department of Water Resource and Environmental Engineering, TamKang University, Taipei, Taiwan. His main areas of research interest are the integration of membrane with different physical and chemical processes for water and wastewater treatment.
